Being a chef I have come across a lot many the finest cookwares in my life. But I do not know I feel comfortable with This Calphalon Commercial Nonstick “Collector’s Edition” 10-Inch International Griddle/Crepe Pan, from the newest line of Calphalon’s nonstick cookware. The nonstick finish in the pan inside is very durable, it is so easy to clean up and the food won’t stick in to it!. The size is perfect for “crepes” which is one of my specialties.
I can also do scrambled Eggs, Cornbread, Omelettes, Pancakes, Sausage & Peppers, and Fry Pork Chops etc without a lot of sauce. Do I need any other reason to be in love with this?!
